* Actually, every track on this split is untitled, which is why that title made it to the #2 slot. Since we've talked about the band To Die several times on the show, I decided to skip them since this comes from one of their splits. They actually should have filled the last to slots on this if I was true to by "top tracks" moniker.
** There are actually two versions of this track on the Jamendo version of the album. This is likely why it is so high on the list. However, I do love Shearer, so I figured I'd put one of them on here.
