Rob met Marc in Amsterdam at Betty, Too!

Adam and Rob met in Barcelona. They traveled in van (in 2009)!

Other musicians in the band! Excited after the first show. A couple gigs in London.

Where did the project name originate?
“You Me Tree” is a line from a poem.

What are your ambitions for the project?

Travel is a catalyst for creativity.

What drew you to Creative Commons?
blame Marc!

Is there a change in reception since starting to use CC?
“Community is absolutely brilliant”
24-hour film festival in St. Louis:

Why do you use the the license you use?
Remix is important!
Ableton is the first DAW to change things.
Ableton got SoundCloud integration.

Do you/did you tour?
Lots of playing in London and Brighton.
Adam has a full time job, so no!

What are your other projects, if any?
Banging stuff must be experienced live!

Traveling around, do you see differences in CC culture?
No judgment either way.
Electronic musicians do a lot of releasing under CC!
After hearing about it, once you know about it, it’s quite common.

DJ Happy Cat is standing in for them in for them for a couple shows.
